We want to thank the two Jeffs for doing such an excellent job in selling our family home in Eastside Costa Mesa that our mom and dad designed, built and lived in for 62 years. We especially appreciated the Jeffs outstanding knowledge and skill in staging, timing and price. Throughout the process they were professional and accessible, and assisted us with everything from window washing to termites. The two Jeffs are skilled real estate professionals whose caring and compassion helped us through an emotionally challenging time.

I highly recommend the two Jeffs. I sold my home in July and similarly had hired another agent that was not the right fit. The team of Jeff and Jeff were known to me through a mutual friend and I knew they had a good reputation so we met with them and they struck us as highly professional and personable at the same time. We decided to hire them and they performed very well, generating 4 offers at or above our asking price on the first weekend. Keep in mind that I thought our asking price seemed high to begin with!
