The community of Newport Heights, which sits high above Pacific Coast Highway is conveniently located close to the Newport Bay and Pacific Ocean. While homes on Cliff Drive and Kings Road will have incredible ocean views the majority of this community is desirable for is neighborhood feel. Developed in the early 1940’s and 50’s with small single story homes, most of this area has seen tremendous redevelopment and new construction.

Last but not least is the proximity of Newport Heights to the local shopping and dining on East 17th Street all while being just a short bike ride to the famous beaches of Newport.
